David Ryan is Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at the University of San Francisco where he teaches oral-written communication and classical rhetoric.

Fredel Wiant is Associate Professor of Communication Studies at the University of San Francisco where she teaches oral and written communication. She serves as Program Coordinator for the Rhetoric and Composition Program, Department of Communication Studies.
